Profile
I had my “walk-in” experience in 1997 after a terrible traffic accident that almost killed me.
It was a turning point in my life as I met my true self (higher self) then. It made me appreciate just about everything that I normally paid no attention to before because they were there all the time.
I found myself suddenly fascinated by the magnificence of Japanese beauty created by the sun-rise and sunset around Mt. Fuji, etc. The incredible encounter with my true self has led to the “Feel The Fuji” website, a social community designed under the concept of “Be Japanese again with music and art” for the people that find joy in art, sound and other creative activities. Summer of 2002: Took my first picture of “Diamond Fuji” - the sunrise seen from the top of Mt. Fuji. It was such a breathtaking moment that I began going everywhere to take more pictures. 2005: Witnessed a circular body of energy sneak into my picture and I began experiencing strange phenomena. 2006 spring: Caught the glimpse of what looked like a UFO when I was taking pictures of sunrise atop Mt. Fuji. 2007: Began exhibiting pictures and images from my collection. August 2008: Had my first solo exhibition in New York under the title of SUN((・))CATCHER photographer☆KEITA. 2009 fall: Staged events, including photo exhibitions, in Tokyo’s prestigious Roppongi. May 2010: Collaborated, in a secluded village of Hida Takayama, with Kensetu Ando, a calligrapher of fame, in an exhibition featuring her “cosmic characters from time immemorial” said to be the oldest characters in the world. July 2010: Held one-man show at Fuji City Friendship Plaza. Now greeting the world representing the new Japan
